Forms of Payment
Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards of Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover both online & in-store.
Alternative Forms of Payment - For online only we accept Paypal, Sezzle, and Shop Pay as a form of payment.
- For Sezzle all purchases must hit a minimum of $35 to be eligible for checkout.
- For Shop Pay all purchases must hit a minimum of $50 to be eligible for checkout.
Gift Cards - E-Gift cards issued from Cloverdilly Kids is good for ONLINE ONLY and can't be used at our brick & mortar.
Physical gift cards issued at the brick & mortar are for in-store use only
Invoices - All invoices sent from Cloverdilly Kids must be paid within 24hr period or they will be cancelled and items forfeited.
In-Store Credit/Consignor Balance - This can only be used for in-store at our brick & mortar location and not online. For online use an E-Gift Card can be loaded with store credit balance.
Online Sales - Returns for Local Artist & Online Exclusive Items is 7 days from the day of delivery and can only be applied to items for quality or defect issues.The Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs when sending a return back, along with prior communication and picture proof of the issue for the return.
- Once the returned item has been received by Cloverdilly Kids and reviewed & approved, a refund will be issued.
- For "Used/Second Hand Items" these are sold as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- Personal Use/Body & Bath Items - lip balm, bath bombs, hand soaps, face masks, stickers, hair accessories, baby silicon accessories, and underwear are sold as FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
In-Store Returns - Purchases made in store can be returned for Store Credit or Exchanges only and must be within 7 days from time of purchase.
All items must be in the same condition at the time of purchase and have the original tags with the item.
Store credit does not expire and is good for the life of the store.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS and will be processed within 1-3 business days.
IN STORE PICK-UPS will be processed and ready for pick up within 1 business day. Any orders placed on Sat-Mon will be ready for pick up on Tuesday. All In-Store Orders can also be available for curbside delivery upon request by email or text.
FREE SHIPPING is available for all orders that meet the minimum of $60 in purchases and will be applied at time of checkout. This will only apply to Standard Shipping and not Overnight, International or any special shipping requests.
ONLINE EXCLUSIVE ITEMS will be shipped out within 4-7 business days of when order is placed. All shipping is via Standard Shipping and performed off site at a warehouse and unavailable for In Store Pick-Up, Overnight, International or any special shipping requests.
LOCAL DELIVERY with a $5 delivery fee for anyone within 3 miles of the store. Delivery times will vary between same day or next day based off of the time the order is placed. Delivery time and date will be communicated to customer via text message.
